Free delivery across Western Australia
Delivery is free on every order, anywhere we deliver in Western Australia. There is no freight charge, no fuel levy and no surcharge for bulky items — the price you see at checkout is the price you pay.
Minimum order
Our minimum order is $300.00 excluding GST. Orders below this can't be completed at checkout. If you're close to the minimum, adding a carton of paper cups or wooden cutlery is usually the easiest way to get there.
Delivery timeframes
Perth metropolitan orders are typically delivered within 1–2 business days. Regional Western Australia typically takes 3–5 business days, depending on the freight run to your town.
These are typical timeframes, not guarantees. Public holidays, courier delays and severe weather can add a day or two, particularly on regional runs. If an order is time-critical, call us on 0485 697 846 before you place it and we'll tell you honestly whether we can make it.
Where we deliver
We supply businesses in Western Australia only. We don't currently deliver interstate, and the checkout accepts WA delivery addresses only. We deliver to cafés, restaurants, food trucks, caterers, bakeries, takeaway shops, offices and event venues — see the areas we cover on our delivery locations page.
Pickup from our Wangara warehouse
You're welcome to collect your order instead of having it delivered. Pickup is by arrangement — place your order as usual, then email or call us to arrange a collection time so we can have it picked and ready for you.

Checking your delivery
Please check your cartons when they arrive. If anything is damaged, missing or incorrect, let us know within 7 days of delivery and we'll put it right — full details on our returns and refunds page.
