These terms apply when you buy from ecoleafpackaging.com.au. In them, “we” and “us” mean Ecoleaf Packaging Pty Ltd (ABN 61 697 762 066, ACN 697 762 066) of Unit 4, 83 Motivation Drive, Wangara WA 6065.
Who we supply
We supply businesses in Western Australia — cafés, restaurants, caterers, bakeries, food trucks, offices and venues. We don't currently deliver interstate, and the checkout accepts WA delivery addresses only.
Placing an order
Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we confirm and accept your order. We may decline an order — for example if stock has run out, if there's a pricing or product error, or if we can't deliver to your address. If we decline after you've paid, we'll refund you in full.
Our minimum order is $300.00 excluding GST. Orders below the minimum can't be completed at checkout.
Prices and GST
Prices shown on product pages exclude GST. GST of 10% is added at checkout on goods. Delivery is free, so there is no freight component to tax. Your cart shows the full breakdown — subtotal, GST and total — before you pay, and your tax invoice repeats it.
Prices are in Australian dollars and may change without notice, but the price that applies to your order is the price shown at the time you place it. If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price, we'll contact you before processing rather than silently cancelling or charging the higher amount.
Payment
Website orders are paid in full by card at checkout, processed securely by eWAY. We don't offer credit accounts or invoice terms for website orders. Your card details are encrypted in your browser and never reach our servers — see our privacy policy.
Delivery and pickup
Delivery is free across Western Australia. Perth metro orders typically arrive within 1–2 business days and regional WA within 3–5 business days. These are typical timeframes rather than guarantees, and we aren't responsible for courier delays outside our control — though we'll always help you chase an order. Pickup from Wangara is available by arrangement. Full details on our shipping & delivery page.
Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery, or on collection if you pick up. Title stays with us until we've received payment in full.
Checking your order
Please check your cartons on arrival. If anything is damaged, faulty, incorrect or missing, tell us within 7 days of delivery and we'll replace, credit or refund it. We don't accept change-of-mind returns — the full policy is on our returns & refunds page.
Product information
We describe our products as accurately as we can, including sizes, capacities and pack quantities. Product photographs are indicative — natural materials like sugarcane bagasse and wood vary slightly in colour and texture between batches, and that variation isn't a fault. If you need exact dimensions or a sample before committing to a bulk order, ask us.
Your account
You're responsible for keeping your account password secure and for orders placed through your account. Tell us promptly if you think someone else has accessed it. We may suspend or close an account that is being used fraudulently or in breach of these terms.
Your rights under Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the ACL. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage, and to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Subject to that, and to the extent the law permits, our liability for any claim relating to goods we supply is limited to replacing the goods, supplying equivalent goods, or refunding what you paid for them. We aren't liable for indirect or consequential loss, such as lost profits or lost business.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia, and you and we submit to the courts of that state.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version that applies to your order is the one published when you placed it, and the date at the top of this page tells you when it last changed.
